From the beaches of Hyannis Port in Cape Cod to Watch Hill in Rhode Island, pop superstar Taylor Swift knows that when it comes to real estate it’s all about location location location!
The “22” singer is reportedly interested in purchasing a 7-bedroom, 9-bath waterfront property in the affluent Watch Hill district of Westerly, Rhode Island. TMZ was the first to spot T-Swift in the exclusive coastal village with her family and real estate agent in tow. The mansion has 700 feet of waterfront and over 11,000 square feet of living space.

However, according to Zillow, the house isn’t even on the market…not that that matters when you’re Taylor Swift. The mansion was sold in 1996 for $3.5 million and was last listed in 2010 at $24 million. So one would assume that, if the owner were to change their mind, the asking price would be at least north of $20 million.

You may remember that Taylor bought and sold her Cape Cod mansion within just 7 months, profiting nearly $1 million in the process, after her well-publicized breakup with Conor Kennedy. There’s no telling if Taylor has her eyes set on another potential boyfriend candidate, and if this latest real estate attraction is just another way for her to get closer to him.
With Taylor, I wouldn’t rule it out.
