Only months after selling her house across the street from the Kennedy Compound on Cape Cod, Taylor Swift has reportedly sealed another New England real-estate deal.
TMZ is reporting that the pop star has bought a waterfront mansion on Rhode Island’s Watch Hill. The 11,000 square foot waterfront house sits on 700 feet of beach along Block Island Sound, on Rhode Island’s southwestern coast.
According to the website of Seaboard Properties, a Stonington, CT based realtor who had listed the four-story estate, Taylor’s new mansion tops out at 16 rooms, 8 fireplaces, and floor to ceiling windows that look out on the Atlantic Ocean.
The home originally had an asking price of over $20 million, but TMZ reports Taylor threw down $17.75 million in CASH to take the mansion off the market.
