Our favorite part-time New Englander, Taylor Swift, shared her tips for staying fit and eating healthy with WebMD and I have to say, her strategy looks pretty solid:
“During the week, I try to eat healthily, so that means salads, yogurt, and sandwiches.”
Taylor says, “No sugary drinks. I try to keep it lighter, but it’s nothing too regimented or crazy.”
But the weekends? Total free-for-all! “I like comfort foods. I love a burger and fries, I love ice cream so much, and I love baking cookies. Actually, I love baking anything.”
Okay, Tay, I just want to say that if you run out of people to bake anything for, I’m here for you! I mean, I know you love it and, really, it’s the least I can do.
But seriously, I think I’m officially down.
Hey, that Jared guy got healthy, famous and rich with the Subway diet, maybe I’ll go all in with the T-Swiz plan.
Go ahead, mock me all you want. Taylor and I will be cooking burgers in the fire pit, eating ice cream on the beach, writing songs on the trampoline in Watch Hill this summer–you watch!
